LUNER
Coming soon
Evidence-based injury prevention and squad management, built for the female athlete — and for the coaches who were never given the tools.
The problem
Female players are injured up to six times more often than men in the same sport. The average player between 14 and 19 loses a season to one injury, and once it has happened the odds of a second are close to certain.
Most of those injuries involve no contact at all. No tackle, no collision — movement patterns that the right programme, delivered consistently, can correct. FIFA and UEFA validated those programmes years ago. The gap has never been the evidence. It has been delivery.

What LUNER does
Built to be used in the twenty minutes a volunteer coach actually has, not in a sports science department.
Training load, wellness, symptoms and cycle phase come together into a picture of who needs what today. The coach sees her squad grouped by need, and a session ready to run.
Scheduling, availability, squad communication and safeguarding for under-18s — replacing the group chats and spreadsheets clubs run on today.
What each phase of her cycle means for energy, training and recovery. Framed as self-knowledge, never as monitoring — and never visible to a coach without her say.
